1. Refund Period

Customers can request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of service purchase. Requests after this period will not be processed.

Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been used or accessed. If the customer has started using the service, such as accessing or downloading a digital invitation, a refund cannot be processed.

• Verification: Our team will verify your request within 3 business days.
• Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Services that have been used or accessed.
• Services purchased at a discounted price or as part of a special promotion.
• Requests made after 14 calendar days from the purchase date.
